Squirrel Damage
Squirrels love to chew, in fact because their teeth are constantly growing, the gnawing is a requirement. Squirrels also use chewing to gain access and entry into your home. Granted in these pictures there was likely some previous rot, squirrels gladly took advantage.
Raccoon Latrine
Raccoons are expert climbers and can be very destructive to the exterior of your home. However, once they gain access to the attic or other areas of your home, the destruction can range from chewed wires to sheetrock replacement to full attic insulation replacement.
Bat Guano
Bat droppings or guano is often located in an attic space or soffits of your home. The lower picture is of guano packed in a gable vent. Bats can roost in small spaces such as the gap between the stone and trim of this home.
